Trademark Revival

No Worry! We are here to help you

No matter where you are, we will make trademark revival simple for you.

What is Trademark Revival?

Generally, when an applicant neglects to submit the necessary Office Action Responses and Statements of Use paperwork for trademark registration or revival, they will lose their federal trademark rights. But, in cases like this, the USPTO grants a 60-day opportunity to file specific documents before the application is completely rejected. If the applicant fails to provide the required paperwork by the deadline, the trademark is deemed permanently abandoned and is available for acquisition by anybody. The application is no longer pending and won’t develop into registration as a result.

How to Revive a Trademark

In a certain situation where the mark has been abandoned due to the above-mentioned situation, there is still a way to get it back. You would need to file the petition to revive your trademark, along with the documents that were not filed before.
